D&G has formulated its EQUEA PELLETS from bran, pollard and "cool" copra and does not contain any grains. "Cool" copra is a variety of copra meal that is low in oil, but high in protein and now very popular in horses' diets, enhancing the coats' sheen.

As Equea Pellets contain no grain, horses when fed this product are relaxed, while still having the energy reserves they require when engaged in competition and/or pleasure riding. When Equea Pellets are part of a horse's balanced diet, they will improve and maintain their body condition, as all essential nutritional elements will be present in the food.

Feeding requirements will depend on breed, age and sex of horse, plus the quality of pasture/hay and stage of training, intensity of exercise, body condition and metabolism of your horse are blended, crushed, steamed or rolled utilising a process which evenly distributes them throughout the mix.
